Regionalized Recovery Evident in Home Price Indices (Case Shiller)
Case Shiller:
Results YoY (9.36%) came in weaker than what was forecast at (9.10%) which brings the “Full Year Est” 2009 (vs) “Full Year Actual” 2008 to a decline of (15.98%). Nevada and Arizona continue to remain the “biggest losers” while Texas and Colorado are set to show gains YoY by next month given trends….once again eluding to a regionalized recovery versus a broad based recovery.
